It is so difficult to find promising treatments for Leigh's Disease, other than a cocktail of vitamins. Kasey spends every spare moment researching the internet in hopes of finding some sort of new, positive treatment. Currently Will will be having hyperbaric chamber treatments everyday starting next Wednesday in hopes of reversing or slowing down any damage done by this horrible disease. It is very expensive and controversial, but at this point we are willing to try anything. Please continue to pray for a miracle, and the strength for the family to make it through each day. Will & Lauren

Kasey sent these cute pictures of Will & Lauren. Lauren is getting soooooo big! I will be spending a lot time with them after I finish teaching this semester. I am retiring as a teacher as of 08/15/2014. I'm really going to miss it, but know in my heart I'm doing the right thing. I have sacrificed so much for my job and it is not fair to my precious family. I love all my grandchildren so very much and cherish the time we can spend together.:)
